Revive (a coaching course to get you back on track)

This is a coaching course for women who feel a little lost, overwhelmed or directionless and would like clarity, confidence and focus.

The structure is simple: six video coaching workshops (access in your own time).

It will particularly suit women with lots of responsibilities, who work in less conventional hours and need the ultimate flexibility.

It’s time to claim back your life. It’s time to revive YOU.

D’you know what? I’m not going to write a load of wishy-washy bollocks that you have to spend time scanning for the important nuggets of information. Let’s keep this straightforward –

What’s included:

  • Six video coaching workshops.
  • They’re short and snappy – maximum length is 20 minutes.
  • This is a self-paced course.

Who it’s for:

  • Busy women who feel overwhelmed and confused about next steps.
  • Women whose work has been negatively affected by the pandemic.
  • Mothers who want to do something for themselves.
  • Women who give a lot and are now ready to receive.

What you’ll gain:

  • Confidence
  • Clarity
  • Focus
  • Direction
  • Self-worth

Why I’m the person to run it:

I’m a qualified coach, and my speciality is encouraging women to believe in themselves. Because when you believe in yourself, your day-to-day life becomes vastly improved and your wildest dreams start coming true.

Alongside coaching, I’m the author of three non-fiction books: Raise your SQ, The Freelance Mum: A flexible career guide for better work-life balance and Shy: How being quiet can lead to success. I’m also a freelance journalist, writing regularly for Grazia, the Guardian, Red Magazine, the Telegraph and more.

Plus I have three young children and flex my work around them. So I understand the work-life balance challenges that other working mums face.
